WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

We are open Monday to Sunday from 1.00 p.m. to 3.15 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. to 11.15 p.m. Remember that you can make a reservation via our website, by email or by telephone 24 hours a day.

CAN I SHOW UP AT THE RESTAURANT WITHOUT A RESERVATION?

Yes, at Ten's we have a constant rotation of diners, so we recommend making a reservation, but we do often have free tables.

HOW LONG IS LUNCH OR DINNER?

It can be between 1 hour and a half and 3 hours if you choose a tasting menu. Service duration also depends on the pace you set and the menu you choose. If there are any smokers in your party, we recommend that you inform our staff to plan for the necessary breaks. If you opt for tapas, it is an average of 1 hour and a half.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS?

Yes, you may take photos and videos for personal, private use. However, taking photos of other diners or posting photos on social media without prior authorisation is not permitted.

ARE THERE ALTERNATIVES FOR DINERS WHO ARE COELIAC OR HAVE ALLERGIES OR INTOLERANCES?

Please let us know about any intolerances or allergies when you book your dining experience or get in touch with us as soon as possible before your reservation. We will endeavour to adapt the menu to meet your needs.

DO YOU HAVE A MENU FOR VEGETARIANS?

No, we do not have a vegetarian menu. There are several dishes on the menu that vegetarians can take and anyway we can adapt our dishes.

ARE CHILDREN OR PUSHCHAIRS ALLOWED?

We leave it to your discretion if you would like to visit the restaurant with children. We encourage parents to consider the duration and nature of the dining experience associated with the tasting menu, which could be excessive for smaller or more restless children. However, we would be delighted to welcome them at the restaurant.

CAN I GO IN A WHEELCHAIR?

Yes of course. At the time of making the reservation can indicate it to have a better forecast.

IS THERE AN A LA CARTE MENU?

Yes, we have a tapas menu and two tasting menus.

CAN I SELECT THE PAIRING FOR THE MENU?

We offer beverage packs for each menu. Alternatively, you can choose from our drinks menu, which includes a wine list, long drinks and soft drinks.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

No, we don't have parking.

WILL I GET THE CHANCE TO SEE OR MEET THE CHEF?

Our chef Jordi Cruz is usually at ABaC Restaurant & Hotel. However, resident chef Iñaki Aldrey would be more than happy to say hello.

CAN WE CHANGE OR CANCEL OUR RESERVATION?

Yes, we are thankful if you can call ahead to communicate it.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOME GUESTS ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND ON THE DAY OF THE RESERVATION?

We would be extremely grateful if you could confirm any changes to your party size as soon as possible, respecting our change and cancellation policy.

I HAVE A RESERVATION AND CANNOT MAKE IT BUT A FRIEND/FAMILY MEMBER CAN. CAN I TRANSFER MY RESERVATION TO THEM?

We leave the decision to your discretion.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

We don’t have a special dress code. However, bathing costumes and espadrilles are not considered appropriate attire.

CAN I GIVE THE DINING EXPERIENCE AS A GIFT?

Yes, gift vouchers are available on our website. The lucky giftee will have six months to use their gift voucher.

WOULD IT BE POSSIBLE TO HIRE A PRIVATE ROOM OR AREA?

We have a semi-private dining room available for parties of between 20 and 32 guests.
